Bow Tie Productions, LLC, is a Los Angeles based production company, focusing on diverse, quality projects, ranging from feature film, television, DVD’s, VOD, soundtracks, internet, cell phones and new technologies. Historically, the powerful, major studios of the motion picture industry have long controlled both the quality and nature of many top box office films and television programs through their extravagant production costs and distribution. Bow Tie Productions believes there is much disparity between that production mix and the gross box office trends. It is becoming apparent more and more, that unique films with original story-lines, draw a more positive showing and are longer running in many instances. The very large market of the viewing audience, and indeed, society as a whole, hungers for "something different". There exists a large worldwide market opportunity for these motion pictures and content that Bow Tie Productions plans to produce on conservative budgets.

Bow Tie Productions will meet its goals by creating quality motion pictures that turn a profit. BowTie will compete with other independent film production companies as well as the movie studios. This will enable us to facilitate production on a smaller scale, allowing us to keep costs under control, and ultimately become financially self-sufficient. The planned organizational structure for Bow Tie Productions will provide for the following basic capabilities:

• Identify equity and debt financing sources.
• Form a strong corporate management team.
• Oversee an operations department established to handle development,  production and ultimately distribution.
• Establish ongoing relationships with talent and directors.
• Oversee daily expenses.
• Quarterly updates to investors and partners.
• Give back to charities, organizations and special events.
• Continue to establish, develop and maintain long term relationships with  sponsors, powerful organizations and industry markets.  

The ultimate goal of Bow Tie Productions is to create stories that everyone, regardless of gender or even age, will want to see over and over again. These motion pictures will produce a constant flow of revenue ("residual income") for the life of the film, which, in many cases, may run for years on network television, cable, Pay Per View, and on video/DVD rental markets, including internet technologies and emerging technologies. And as a production company that is striving to shine above the rest, we have intentionally woven various scenes in all of our projects that can and will spotlight current social concerns. These will be real charitable organizations that will be visible in the film.
